JOB OVERVIEW

Organic Account Video Editor — AI Influencer Content (TikTok / IG Reels / Shorts)
We're a fast-growing health & wellness brand scaling our organic social presence hard — and we're looking for fast, consistent short-form editors to ride the wave with us. This is a systemized, high-volume role built on a simple truth: we already know what goes viral, because we're modeling proven winning accounts. Your job is to replicate what works, at speed, with our own AI influencer twist — and get paid more the bigger you help us grow.
You won't be guessing what to make. We hand you the reference accounts. You recreate the videos, swap in our AI character, and post consistently.
The process (per video):

Pull a video from our library of viral reference accounts and reuse the exact script/structure that's already proven to work
Recreate the video closely — screenshot the reference, drop it into our AI tools with the script, and rebuild it
Replace the on-screen talent with our AI influencer (one consistent character per account)
Caption, polish, and publish

We have an automation system on the way that will make this even faster. For now it's a manual, repeatable process — so we need someone reliable who can hit volume without cutting corners.
The daily target:

3 accounts, 5 videos per account = 15 videos per day
Each account keeps one consistent AI character for brand continuity
Consistency and turnaround win here — the formula is already provided

The opportunity (read this part carefully):
Accounts running this exact system are pulling 10M+ organic views in 30 days. That's not a typo. When you're posting proven content consistently across multiple accounts, the views compound fast — and every one of those views is a potential sale flowing through your affiliate link.
This is a genuine ground-floor opportunity. Get in now, master the system while it's manual, and you'll be the go-to operator when we roll out automation and scale to dozens of accounts. The editors who show up, stay consistent, and take this seriously are going to grow with the brand — not just edit for it.
Pay structure — base + affiliate commission (real path to $1,000+/week):

Onboarding (first 30 days): $500/mo base + affiliate commission on every sale from your content
Established: Base increases once you're consistently hitting 15/day and landing your first viral videos
Top performer: Highest base tier + commission for editors driving consistent viral hits and sales
Your affiliate link is your uncapped upside. The more your videos convert, the more you earn — on top of base. Consistent editors are realistically building toward $1,000+/week in the next 30–60 days as their accounts take off.

How you get there:
Week 1–2 you learn the system and lock in your daily volume. Weeks 3–4 your accounts start gaining traction and the first videos pop. By day 30–60, with consistent output, your accounts are compounding views, your commission is climbing, and your base steps up with your results. Show up daily, follow the system, and the numbers take care of themselves.
What we're looking for:

Fast, dependable editor who can hit daily volume without dropping quality
Comfortable working from references and following a proven system
Solid with CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar, plus willingness to learn our AI toolset
Sharp eye for matching pacing, captions, hooks, and sound to the original
Reliable communicator who shows up every day — this is a consistency game
