AI Filmmaker — Seedance 2.0 — Fantasy-Comedy Series — Per-Project
Pay, Growth to Full-Time
I'm producing "Mystical Mischief," an AI-generated cozy-fantasy comedy
series: 30–40 minute episodes plus vertical Shorts. This is cinematic
storytelling, not ad content. Episode One is finished; a promo campaign
and Episode Two are shot-listed and ready to produce now.
Every clip comes with a professional instruction page: the exact prompt,
the reference images, the duration, and how each clip connects to the
next. You bring the craftsmanship — generation, judgment, consistency,
and assembly.
THE WORK
- Generate 15-second clips in Seedance 2.0 on OpenArt (my account, my
credits) from my prompt documents
- Protect consistency: character faces must not drift, props must not
swap, clips must chain correctly (I provide the start-frame workflow)
- Judge takes like a filmmaker — reject warped faces, wrong emotion, bad
audio; regenerate smart
- Assemble finished Shorts and episodes (Premiere Pro or CapCut), with
synced dialogue and burned captions on Shorts
- If a scene doesn't make sense or a generation won't match the
instructions, flag it to me — never quietly improvise
REQUIRED
- Real experience with Seedance 2.0 or equivalent text-to-video tools
(Kling, Veo, Runway) and able to master Seedance fast
- Video editing (Premiere Pro or CapCut)
- Excellent English — you'll be judging whether comedy lands on screen
- A storyteller's eye and honest communication
BONUS: audio mixing, ElevenLabs voice generation, narrative/episodic
experience, and staying current on new AI video tools — the field moves
fast, and I'd love to hear what's rising from you first.
PAY (per finished deliverable)
- Paid trial: one Short, $12
- Shorts: $17 per finished Short (30–60 seconds — generated to spec,
QC'd, assembled, captioned, ready for my final pass)
- Episodes: $400 per finished episode, paid in three milestones
- Generation credits are always on my account. Fixes for face drift,
prop swaps, or broken continuity are included — that's what
"finished" means.
We start per-project with the Shorts campaign (~10 Shorts). Do those
well and Episode Two is waiting; do that well and this becomes a
full-time hourly position as the show grows.
TO APPLY — answer everything (incomplete applications are skipped):
1. Links to your AI video generation work AND your editing work.
Storytelling samples beat ads — if all you have is ads, show me the
one that tells the best story.
2. What are your strongest skills, and why should I choose you?
3. Honestly: do you prefer storytelling work or commercial/ad work?
4. How do you work when nobody is checking on you?
5. Realistic turnaround time for one 30–45 second Short, generated and
assembled?
6. Tell me about a detail you caught on a project — a continuity error,
a bad cut, a mistimed beat — that nobody else noticed.
7. Which text-to-video tools have you used, and which new one are you
watching right now?
HOW HIRING WORKS: I'll pick the top few applicants, and each will be
paid $12 to produce one real Short from my instructions. Whoever
delivers the best work gets the ongoing position. You get paid for the
trial either way.
