About Us

ArcaTech creates cinematic video home tours and social media content for real estate agents in Las Vegas. We shoot high-end walkthroughs and turn them into scroll-stopping content that helps agents sell homes faster. We're looking for an editor who can match that same level of polish in short-form vertical video.

What You'll Do

We shoot on a Sony A7SIII in 16:9. You'll take that raw footage and turn it into 9:16 reels built for Instagram and TikTok — fast, cinematic, and built to hold attention from the first frame.

Specifically, you'll:

Reframe and re-edit 16:9 footage into clean, dynamic 9:16 vertical cuts
Build real estate montages with smooth, intentional room-to-room transitions that make the flow of a home feel natural and immersive
Execute day-to-night transitions and timelapses that feel seamless, not gimmicky
Create "assemble/disassemble" effects — homes that build themselves piece by piece or fold away — as a signature visual style
Color grade and stabilize footage to elevate shots that weren't perfectly lit or framed on-site
Sync cuts to trending audio and music where it fits, without losing the cinematic feel
Deliver polished, ready-to-post final files on a reliable turnaround

What We're Looking For

A strong portfolio of vertical (9:16) real estate or property content — this is non-negotiable, please include links or files
Real experience with home/interior transition editing and understanding of spatial flow through a property
Comfort with day-to-night grading and timelapse construction
Experience building "build/disassemble" or similar stylized transition effects (Premiere, After Effects, or similar)
An eye for salvaging imperfect footage — shaky handheld, inconsistent lighting, awkward angles — and still producing a clean final product
Fast, clear communication and reliable delivery timelines
Familiarity with real estate marketing content is a strong plus

Tools We Use

Sony A7SIII footage delivered raw. You're welcome to use your preferred editing suite (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, etc.) as long as the output quality speaks for itself.
