Full-Time Digital Marketer – Fast-Growing Telehealth Company
Our company exists to empower patients who have been ignored for too long — bringing real solutions to conditions that are too often dismissed, minimized, or left untreated. We deliver evidence-based care for recurrent UTIs, intravesical bladder therapy, and pelvic health.
We're looking for a highly driven, full-time Digital Marketer who can own our marketing strategy end to end. This is not a role for someone who simply executes tasks — we're looking for someone who thinks like an owner, develops strategy, and brings ideas to life.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
-Develop and execute our company's overall marketing strategy across all service lines
-Build and manage strategic partnerships with organizations, influencers, clinicians, and brands
-Plan and execute
-Create and manage content calendars across multiple platforms
-Oversee social media growth and engagement
-Edit and repurpose video content for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
-Write marketing copy for
-Coordinate product launches and promotional campaigns
-Identify new growth opportunities through partnerships and community engagement
-Track marketing performance and optimize campaigns using data and analytics
-Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
-Continuously bring new ideas to grow the business and strengthen the Clinova brand
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
-Strong experience in digital marketing and brand growth
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Experience with
-Canva and CapCut proficiency required
-Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools a plus
-Experience editing short- and long-form video
-Strong organizational and project management skills
-Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
-Highly proactive, resourceful, and execution-focused
-Healthcare or telehealth marketing experience is strongly preferred
REMOTE WORK & SCHEDULE
-Fully remote
-Part-time (20 hrs/week) for first 4 weeks onboarding
-Transitions to full-time (40 hrs/week) after onboarding
-Independent Contractor
-Async-friendly, but daytime overlap matters: this role can be performed asynchronously, but strong overlap with U.S. Central Time is strongly preferred. A minimum of 2–3 hours (typically 9:00–11:00 AM CT) is required — the more of your schedule that aligns with a typical U.S. business day, the better.
COMPENSATION
Starting rate: $10 USD / hour
