JOB OVERVIEW

Part-Time Remote CPA Accountant – QuickBooks Online

We are looking for a part-time remote CPA/accountant to provide accounting support for a small owner-run physician clinic.
The role will require 20 hours per month, with availability between 8:00am and 12:00pm Atlantic Time (Bermuda).

Responsibilities include:

Recording transactions in QuickBooks Online
Preparing monthly financial reports, including balance sheet and profit and loss statements
Monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
Recording vendor bills and preparing payments for approval
Recording billing revenue and other information provided from the clinic’s systems
Calculating monthly payroll, tax, social insurance, pension, and other deductions
Preparing quarterly payroll-related filings and payments
Assisting with basic research on business, payroll, deduction, and compliance questions

The ideal candidate will have:
Strong Experience in QuickBooks Online and experience with small businesses
CPA designation
Excellent English
Willingness to research accounting, payroll, and business questions as needed
Experience with physician clinic, or medical practice an advantage
