JOB OVERVIEW

US-based healthcare staffing firm is hiring a B2B phone Appointment Setter (voice). You call US healthcare employers — clinic/practice managers, HR and talent-acquisition leaders, hospital department directors — from a list WE provide, have a short professional conversation, and book a qualified intro meeting on our US team's calendar. Our US team runs the meeting and signs the client. You set the meeting; you do NOT close, negotiate fees, or recruit candidates. Fully remote, Philippines-based.

This is the engine that brings us new clients, so it's the most important seat on the team — your booked meetings directly become our revenue.

COMPENSATION: $800–$1,100/month base (depending on experience, includes night differential) PLUS monthly performance commission on held meetings — commission structure discussed at offer. Paid reliably via Wise.

US CALLING RULES (must follow): every call is made LIVE by you — no auto-dialer, no pre-recorded or AI voice, no ringless voicemail. If anyone asks whether they're speaking to an automated system, you answer honestly. Calls happen only inside US business hours (our night shift covers this). We provide the list, the script, and the calendar.

REQUIRED:
- 2+ years outbound phone / appointment-setting experience with a personal meetings-booked number you can state and defend (B2B strongly preferred over B2C)
- Prior US (or UK) voice-process experience — you've spoken with American/Western business contacts daily and been easily understood
- Clear, neutral-accent spoken English for live US B2B calls — this is the #1 requirement and there WILL be a live spoken check
- Comfortable getting past gatekeepers, handling "send me an email" brush-offs, and steady rejection; disciplined call-logging
- Can work the FIXED US night shift (~7:30 PM–4:30 AM PHT, Mon–Fri) long-term, with a quiet room, good headset, stable internet, and backup power/data

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Call the US employer list daily; reach the decision-maker; book a qualified intro meeting and confirm it so it actually shows
- Log every outcome honestly (connected / gatekeeper / callback / booked / not interested / bad number) in our CRM
- Hit daily dial and weekly meetings-booked targets; flag bad numbers and list problems back to us

DO NOT APPLY IF: your experience is email/LinkedIn/chat only (no live phone); only inbound/support/collections; you can't state a real meetings-booked number; your spoken English isn't fluent enough for live US calls; you can't work the fixed US night shift; or you're a closer who negotiates deals (this is a setter role).
