About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Paid Ads Manager to lead and grow our paid advertising efforts across Google Ads and Meta
Although this is a remote position, you must be available to work Monday through Friday during U.S. Eastern Time (New York) business hours and collaborate closely with our team.
You will be responsible for developing strategy, launching campaigns, optimizing performance, testing new opportunities, and delivering measurable business growth.
Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including:
Search
Shopping
Performance Max
Display
YouTube
Remarketing
Manage Meta advertising across
Scale profitable customer acquisition while maintaining strong ROAS.
Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations.
Conduct audience, keyword, and competitor research.
Test ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and campaign structures.
Work closely with our creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives.
Build weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Ensure accurate conversion tracking using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Conversion API.
Stay up to date on Google and Meta platform changes and industry best practices.
Requirements
5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Proven success managing paid advertising for eCommerce brands.
Strong understanding of Shopify.
Experience with:
Google Ads
Meta Ads Manager
Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
Google Tag Manager
Google Merchant Center
Meta Pixel & Conversion API
Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Experience improving ROAS, CPA, CAC, and overall campaign profitability.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Must be available to work during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
Preferred Qualifications
Google Ads Certification.
Meta Certified Professional.
Experience with Klaviyo.
Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Experience with Looker Studio or similar reporting platforms.
Experience managing paid advertising for a fashion, apparel, beauty, or direct-to-consumer (DTC) eCommerce brand is strongly preferred.
