Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Sales Manager to handle daily operations across our digital platforms. This role combines sales, customer service, and creative design. You will be the main point of contact for customers, drive sales through social media, and manage the creative side of our photobook products.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to messages and inquiries via Facebook and other social media platforms

Manage marketing materials ( Facebook posts, Videos, and Reels)

Convert leads into sales through effective communication and follow-ups

Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale

Manage shipping and fulfillment of orders

Maintain and update the sales pipeline

Review, edit, and lay out photobooks according to client preferences

Create visually appealing designs and layouts for digital products

Generate and submit Monthly sales reports

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business

Requirements:

Proven experience in social media management and online sales

Strong written communication skills in Tagalog and English

Creative skills in photo layout and design

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks

Reliable, responsive, and able to work independently

Familiar with tools like Excel, Canva, Photoshop, or other layout/editing software
With a working laptop and internet

Paid overtime if needed
