We're looking for a proactive, relationship-driven professional to support our sales efforts, manage customer relationships, and provide executive support to both the CEO and COO.
About the Role
This is a dynamic role that combines sales, customer relationship management, and executive support. You will play a key role in following up on our existing pipeline of qualified leads, nurturing relationships, supporting new business opportunities, and ensuring our customers receive exceptional service.
Working closely with the CEO and COO, you'll help drive growth across multiple markets while ensuring our operations remain organized and customer-focused.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Management
Follow up on our existing qualified leads and convert opportunities into customers and strategic partnerships.
Respond to inbound enquiries and qualify new prospects.
Conduct outbound outreach to expand our pipeline across Australia and the United States.
Schedule meetings, product demonstrations, and follow-up calls.
Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales documentation.
Maintain an accurate CRM and ensure all customer interactions are recorded.
Consistently nurture leads through every stage of the sales process.
Customer Relationship & Support
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, distributors, and partners.
Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
Assist customers with product enquiries, onboarding, orders, and post-sale support.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
Identify opportunities for repeat business, referrals, and account growth.
Executive Support (CEO & COO)
Support the CEO and COO with calendar management, scheduling, and meeting coordination.
Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.
Organize contracts, customer records, and company files.
Coordinate conference and event follow-up activities.
Assist with travel arrangements, research, and special projects as required.
Requirements
Experience in B2B sales, customer success, account management, or business development.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced remote environment.
Professional, proactive, and self-motivated.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting founders or senior executives.
Experience working with Australian or U.S. clients.
Background in healthcare, wellness, workplace safety, medical devices, or startups.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar sales tools.

Existing leads are actively followed up and progressing through the sales pipeline.
A well-maintained CRM with accurate customer records and activity tracking.
Strong customer relationships resulting in increased engagement and repeat opportunities.
Consistent support provided to the CEO and COO, improving operational efficiency.
New business opportunities generated to support our Australian growth and U.S. market launch.
