Media Buyer (Direct Response | Performance-Focused)
Part-Time | Remote

About Singapore Real Estate Insider

We are a Singapore-based property agent agency working with 1st time homeowner, HDB owners, Private property owners, Landed owners and investors across Singapore. We specialise in property related services — consulting, advisory, selling, buying, renting, investment, portfolio management and legacy planning — where real money is spent daily and performance matters.

We’re also part of a broader group that operates:
Millionaire Agent (our education & mentoring brand for fellow agents)
Family Legacy Launch (our education & mentoring brand for home owners)

All brands are owned and operated by the same team. This role sits fully within the Singapore Real Estate Insider performance team.


Why This Role Is Different

This is not a branding or “boost post” role.

You’ll be working on:
- Real conversion campaigns
- Meaningful daily ad spend
- Funnels where decisions have real impact

You’ll follow proven SOPs — and you’ll also be trusted to make judgment calls when performance requires it.

If you want to grow fast by working close to real data, real money, and real decisions, this role will stretch you in the right way.


What You’ll Do

- Run and optimise conversion-focused paid ad campaigns (Meta primarily & YouTube next)
- Monitor campaign performance and flag issues early
- Own campaign health, not just execution
- Follow SOPs by default and make informed adjustments when needed
- Escalate performance issues and opportunities with regular updates and reporting
- Participate in scheduled weekend monitoring for selected high-spend campaigns
- Join structured ad setup / implementation sessions to keep up with latest execuation direction

You’ll mainly receive all priorities and inputs from a single Ops Manager — no creative or stakeholder chaos.


What You Will NOT Be Responsible For
- Writing ad copy or designing creatives
- Redesigning funnels, offers, or pricing
- Handling client communication or account management
- Juggling multiple stakeholders or unclear priorities

Your focus is campaign performance and health, with clear boundaries and structure. And any platform design and inputs to optimize the entire ad and reporting process.

- Have hands-on experience running conversion ads (leads or sales)

- Respect structure but don’t freeze when conditions change

- Freelancers juggling multiple clients
