JOB OVERVIEW

Max Health is a growing healthcare practice focused on helping patients achieve long-term health through chiropractic care, metabolic health, red light therapy, weight loss, gut health, neuropathy treatment, and other wellness services.

We're looking for someone who is much more than a traditional virtual assistant.

This role sits inside our marketing department and is responsible for helping turn marketing leads into patients while ensuring our marketing systems remain organized, efficient, and scalable.

Your Responsibilities:

Patient Lead Management
Respond to inbound leads
Make outbound follow-up calls
Schedule appointments
Manage patient communications
Follow up on missed appointments
Reactivate former patients

Manage lead stages
Apply tags
Maintain accurate notes
Ensure database accuracy
