Growth Manager
Remote · 25 Hours per Week

Luxury interiors deserve a marketing strategy with the same level of precision as the design work itself. We are looking for a media buyer who treats performance marketing as a craft, not a checklist.

We are a luxury interior design and home improvement company based in Naples, Florida, serving discerning homeowners across interior design, renovation, furnishings, cabinetry, home organization, project management, estate services, concierge, and travel. Our standards are exacting, and we are looking for someone who holds their own work to the same bar.

What You Will Own

Paid campaigns: setup, targeting, spend management, and ongoing optimization across platforms
Lead generation funnels and SEO strategy to build sustainable, high-quality pipeline
CRM and automation flows: list management, segmentation, sends, and deliverability
Landing pages built and refined for conversion
Analytics dashboards and performance reporting
Marketing budget and channel allocation

What We Are Looking For

Proven, hands-on experience as a media buyer, with a track record of turning ad spend into leads and sales
A strategic thinker who can see the full funnel, not just the campaign
Strong command of CRM and marketing automation platforms
Go High Level experience is a plus, though not required
Comfort working independently and owning outcomes

Schedule & Compensation
9:00 PM to 2:00 AM, Philippine Time. 5 hours daily, 25 hours per week.
$8 to $10 per hour, commensurate with experience.
Reports to the Founder, with operational alignment through the Chief of Staff.
