Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced GoHighLevel Specialist to take charge of communication, automations, and funnel management for a growing faith-based organization and its related ventures. You will build and optimize workflows, manage audience communication across multiple channels, and ensure every inquiry is routed to the right pathway. We are looking for a true GoHighLevel expert who can work independently and improve systems as they go.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage automations, workflows, and pipelines inside GoHighLevel
- Create and optimize communication and sales funnels to direct inquiries correctly
- Manage
- Take inbound and outbound phone calls and handle inquiries professionally
- Migrate and consolidate communications and CRM data into GoHighLevel
- Coordinate with internal staff to keep communication workflows aligned
- Support online content channels, including YouTube
- Set up chatbots and automated responses and keep them running smoothly
Mandatory Skills:
- Proven hands-on expertise with GoHighLevel (funnels, workflows, automations, CRM)
- Strong experience building marketing and communication funnels
- Solid background in
- Excellent spoken and written English, including phone-based communication
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with faith-based, nonprofit, or membership organizations
- Familiarity with migrating data from one CRM into GoHighLevel
- Experience supporting YouTube or social media content
- Background in real estate or online marketing
- Ability to handle multiple brands or projects at once
- Chatbot setup experience
