JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring a full-time Technical Marketing VA to help with social media execution, Meta ads support, marketing tasks, AI-assisted workflows, and light technical/admin work.

This is not a creative director or strategy role. We will provide the client profile, brand rules, content planner, task direction, and approved messaging. Your job is to execute accurately, stay organized, follow instructions, and help keep marketing work moving every day.

Responsibilities:

- Follow provided content calendars and marketing plans
- Prepare and schedule social media posts
- Create simple graphics or content assets in Canva
- Repurpose approved content across platforms
- Help manage Meta/Facebook ad campaigns from instructions
- Upload approved ad copy, creatives, and targeting
- Monitor basic ad performance and prepare reports
- Use ChatGPT/Claude to help draft, format, summarize, and organize work
- Check AI-generated content for accuracy, grammar, and brand fit
- Maintain Notion pages, task boards, checklists, and spreadsheets
- Organize Google Drive files and client assets
- Check links, forms, posts, and scheduled content
- Provide daily updates on completed work, blockers, and next steps

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years experience in marketing, social media, VA, or similar role
- Experience using Meta Ads Manager / Facebook Ads
- Experience creating and scheduling social media content
- Experience using ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI tools
- Experience using Notion
- Strong written English
- Detail-oriented and able to follow strict instructions
- Comfortable with Google Docs, Sheets, Drive, Canva, and task systems
- Able to work 40 hours per week
- Reliable internet and communication

Nice to have:

- Google Business Profile experience
- CRM experience
- GoHighLevel experience
- Zapier or n8n familiarity
- Basic reporting/analytics experience
- CapCut or short-form video editing

Pay / Benefits:

40,000-50,000 PHP per month depending on experience.
This is a full-time role, 40 hours per week. Payment is made weekly through Wise or PayPal.
