We are a fast-growing Danish e-commerce brand on Shopify. We're looking for a technically sharp operator who uses AI as their primary work tool - someone who can take ownership of our website and run it through Claude, MCP integrations, and smart prompting.
Who we are:
We are a small, fully remote team of five, working closely together every day in Slack. We have a weekly tea
We have high expectations and we're honest about that - but we match them with real flexibility (you largely plan your own hours), stable long-term work, and a leader who invests time in helping you grow. If you do good work here, you will be seen, appreciated, and given more responsibility.
What you'll do:
Own our Shopify store technically: theme management, app setup, troubleshooting, site health
Run structured A/B tests using AI-generated hypotheses and proper test discipline
Produce SEO blog content through AI workflows (Claude/ChatGPT)
Be our first responder when something on the site breaks - diagnose with AI, propose a fix, implement after approval
Work in theme copies via Shopify tooling. Nothing goes live untested.
Requirements:
Proven experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) in real production workflows - not just chatting, but building repeatable processes
Solid Shopify experience (themes, apps, basic Liquid)
Technically self-sufficient: you Google, you prompt, you test, you solve
Structured and careful - you follow checklists and document what you change
Excellent written English, self-managing, reliable internet and backup power
Structure: 20 hours/week to start. Transition to full-time within 3-6 months based on results - we define what success looks like together in month 1, so you always know where you stand. We are scaling into new European markets from 2027, and this role grows with us.
In your video introduction (see below), please also describe ONE workflow you have built with AI tools: what problem it solved and how you set it up. This is the most important part of your application.
