JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a talented Senior UI/UX & Web Designer to join our growing team.

Our company specializes in Instagram marketing, website design, branding, and advertising for Japanese housing companies.

We are looking for someone with strong design skills who can create high-quality websites, UI/UX designs, and social media graphics.

We are looking for talented designers who are interested in a long-term position. Our goal is to build a long-term relationship of one year or more with the right candidate.

Requirements:
• 5+ years of professional experience (Required)
• Expert in Adobe Illustrator (Required)
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop
• Experience with Figma or Adobe XD (Preferred)
• Strong UI/UX design skills
• Experience designing responsive websites
• Excellent attention to detail
• Stable internet connection

Responsibilities:
• Design modern websites
• Create UI/UX designs
• Design landing pages
• Create Instagram posts, stories, and social media graphics
• Improve existing website designs
• Maintain high-quality design standards

Salary:
Starting salary: 45,000 PHP/month
Salary increase based on performance.
