JOB OVERVIEW

Who We Are

€200k/month health supplement brand in DACH. We're bringing US-style direct response to the German market — and winning. We move fast. We test ruthlessly. We let data d ---------- , not opinions. Most German brands are slow and boring. We're not. We're a US company operating in Germany — speed, sophistication, aggression. We're scaling €200k ? €1M/month across multiple verticals. We need editors who can keep up.

The Role

Edit paid ad creative for Meta (95% of our spend). UGC testimonials, native advertorials, podcast-style, some motion graphics. Volume: 7 batches Turnaround: 24–48 hours max. We test fast, iterate fast, scale fast.

Your job: Make ads that PERFORM, not just look good. Hook rate, hold time, and spend matter. Pretty doesn't.

What Good Looks Like
Study these reference ads. This is the style/quality we need:

Reference 1: ----------

Reference 2: ----------

Reference 3: ----------

Reference 4: ----------

What We're Looking For
Must have:

-2+ years editing ads for DTC brands (not agencies juggling 10 clients)

-Understand direct response principles (you know what a hook is, why the first 3 seconds matter, how to build retention)

-Fast executor (ships quick, doesn't sit on revisions)

-Portfolio showing UGC/native ad editing (show us your Meta ads, not brand films)

-Fluent with AI

Bonus points:

-Worked at 7–8 figure brands
-German speaker (understand the market)
-Motion graphics skills (not required, but useful)

Instant no:

-"I need clear creative direction" (you should know what performs)

-"I work with 5 brands" (we need full-time focus)

-Agency mindset (overthinking, slow turnaround, needs hand-holding)

What We Value

Speed over perfection: Ship fast, iterate based on data. 80% done today beats 100% done next week.

Low ego: Data d ---------- . If an ugly ad outperforms your polished one, we run the ugly one.
Self-directed: We give you the brief and raw footage. You execute. No micromanaging.
Pattern recognition: You study winning ads (Ryze, Gruns, Nuora), reverse-engineer what works, apply it.
Systems thinking: You understand variables (pacing, text placement, music choice) and test them systematically.
Day-to-Day
Edit to brief specs (hook structure, body flow, CTA)
Deliver within 24–48 hours
Review performance data (which edits are scaling?)
Iterate on winners (variant testing — swap hooks, adjust pacing)
Comp & Structure
Paid per batch, priced by format (UGC, native ad, podcast-style, motion graphics)
Rate per batch depends on format complexity and turnaround
Performance bonus

Logistics
Remote: Work from anywhere
Hours: Flexible, but need to overlap 10am–2pm CET for team sync
Full-time: 40 hrs/week, no side projects
Start date: ASAP (within 2 weeks)

How to Apply

Portfolio: 5–10 ads you've edited — show us Meta ads, not reels
Loom (3 mins): Walk us through one ad you edited. Why you made the choices you made. What performed well.
We're looking for: People who understand performance, not just aesthetics.
