JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for a skilled graphic designer who understands direct response advertising on Meta.
What you'll be working on:
Creating static ad creatives for e-commerce brands running on Facebook and Instagram.
What we're looking for:

Experience designing Meta static ads that have actually spent and performed
Someone who understands WHY an ad works, not just how to make it look good
Attention to detail, fast turnaround, and the ability to take a brief and execute

How to apply:
Send us 2-3 examples of static ads you've created for Meta. For each one tell us why you think it worked and share performance data if you have it. Applications without examples will not be considered.
