What you'll do

-Build marketing websites for local service businesses — sites made to rank on Google and turn visitors into calls, bookings, and leads. Build them fast, using AI builders, our templates, our finished copy, and our brand assets.
-Start steady, then speed up. In your first 60 days you build our first template set and 1 to 2 client sites.
-Build our template library with us over your first months. We design each template in Figma — you build it pixel-perfect, fast, and mobile-ready. We call our templates "structures." Clients pick one from a menu. 80% of a build is the template. 20% is swapping images, copy, and colors.
-Make a preview site from a template in under an hour when we need one for a prospect. Speed wins us clients — that is the whole reason we work with AI builders and templates.
-Connect every site to Aspire, the app platform we built just for our agency. Every client gets their own dashboard in Aspire. That means contact forms that send leads straight into the client's dashboard, Google Analytics 4, and the Meta Pixel with an event on every button. When a booking widget blocks the pixel, we show you the workaround patterns we already use (server-side and form-based) — you implement and test them.
-Do local SEO for our clients. This means: Google Business Profile, city + service keywords, page titles and meta descriptions, NAP consistency (same name, address, phone everywhere), site speed, and schema markup (code that helps Google understand the page). This same work helps clients get recommended by Google's AI results — reviews, profile activity, and clean structured data all count there. You send a short monthly report in plain English. Reports are templated.
-Follow the brief, the brand deck, and the finished copy we give you. Never let an AI tool rewrite our copy. You can suggest better layouts, sections, and SEO ideas — we want your brain, not just your hands.
-Join a short call a couple of times each week so we stay on the same page.

What we give you

-Finished copy, brand colors and fonts, logos, and real photos — organized and labeled. You never write copy from scratch or hunt for assets.
-A build checklist and example sites for every project. A clear design system: mobile-first, one repeated call-to-action, sticky call/book bar, real named testimonials, fast load times.
-A regular call, so you are never guessing.

Who we're looking for

The two most important things to us are skill and good communication.

Skill: You can take a template, finished copy, and assets, and ship a finished, fast, mobile-perfect website on your own. You are fast with AI builders — you use them to move quickly without losing quality. We build in 10Web, an AI builder on WordPress, but if you work faster in another modern AI builder, tell us. Strong WordPress, Elementor, Webflow, or Framer experience transfers. Whatever the builder, you can go into the code and fix HTML, CSS, and small JavaScript problems yourself — not just drag and drop. And you have done real local SEO with results you can show.
Communication: You write and speak English clearly. You ask questions when a brief is not clear. You give updates on your own, so we do not need to chase you. You finish your work on time.

One more thing: so we know you read this whole post, start your message with the words "I like clean builds." Many people do not read this far.

You care about your work. You want to grow with one company. You do not want to juggle ten clients at once.

Requirements

-Very good and very fast with modern AI website builders, and comfortable editing HTML/CSS and making careful small JavaScript fixes. GoHighLevel or other CRM and funnel integration experience is a plus — tell us if you have it.
-Comfortable building from a Figma file — matching spacing, fonts, and layout exactly.
-Real local SEO experience: Google Business Profile, on-page SEO, citations, page speed.
-A portfolio with 3 to 5 live websites you built yourself, in different industries. A few different industries done well tell us more than one industry done many times. Sites built to get calls and leads tell us the most.
-Okay with video calls in English. We hire individuals only, and we verify on a short video call before the trial.
-A computer and internet that let you build and test sites without lag.

The deal

-$1,500 each month to start. This is a flat monthly pay, not by the hour.
-13th month pay. We follow the Philippine standard.
-Pay is reviewed at 90 days. Hit the quality and speed bar and it goes up.
-A steady, long-term job with a team that respects good work.

If we like your application, we will pay you for a small test project, about 1 to 2 days of work, paid whether or not we hire you. The test is a small template build plus SEO and tracking setup — the SEO and tracking work matters most to us.
