JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced AI Automation Expert who has already automated a real dropshipping or e-commerce business.

Our main goal is to replace repetitive employee tasks with reliable AI agents and eventually run most of our business through AI-powered systems.

Our stores and funnels use Shopify and Funnelish. You will analyse our current team, SOPs and workflows, identify which roles and tasks can be replaced by AI agents, and take full ownership of building these systems.

## Your Role

* Identify which employee tasks can be replaced by AI agents
* Design and build AI agents for complete business processes
* Connect Shopify, Funnelish, Meta Ads, Klaviyo and other platforms
* Automate workflows across research, marketing, reporting, customer service and operations
* Create communication between different AI agents and departments
* Recommend new automation opportunities without waiting for instructions
* Add monitoring, human approval steps and error handling
* Lead our AI automation strategy

## Requirements

* Proven experience automating a dropshipping or e-commerce business
* Experience building AI agents that replace repetitive employee tasks
* Strong knowledge of APIs, webhooks, n8n, Make, Python or Node.js
* Shopify experience is required
* Funnelish experience is a strong advantage
* Able to work independently, think strategically and take leadership
