JOB OVERVIEW

I am Henry, founder of Alba Talent ( ---------- ) and CyberStar IT. We run outbound (cold calling, cold email, LinkedIn) for B2B clients across the US and UK, and we're building our own organic growth engine too. This is a real function to own: right now it's our internal SEO growth, and as we bring on client SEO work, you're the person positioned to own that as well. Not a one-off task list, ongoing work that grows as we grow.

We run a fully automated AI SEO pipeline internally: keyword research, AI-generated articles publishing daily, technical SEO, and ranking alerts are already built and running. What's not automated, and what you'd own, is the manual growth work the system itself is flagging as gaps: directory submissions, journalist/HARO-style outreach for backlinks, Google Business Profile setup, and building real external backlinks (our current link-building grade is held back specifically because external backlinks are still at zero). You'd also QA the AI-generated article queue before it publishes, catching factual errors, weak claims, or off-brand tone, not writing content from scratch.

THE ROLE
- Submit to relevant business/industry directories (we have 15 researched and ready, none submitted yet)
- Run HARO-style journalist outreach to earn real backlinks (6 platforms evaluated, none started)
- Set up and optimize Google Business Profile listings
- Build genuine external backlinks through outreach, guest posts, or partnerships
- QA review the AI-generated article queue before publish (catching errors, not writing)
- Report weekly on what's submitted/earned and what's queued

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- A long, proven track record specifically in B2B off-page SEO, not general or mixed-market SEO, and not early in your career. We're hiring a senior specialist, not someone building their first few years of experience.
- You already run this as a repeatable system across multiple clients at once, not one you build from scratch per account. Come ready to describe that system.
- This role is client-facing. You'll present your own results and reporting directly, so we need excellent spoken English as well as strong writing.
- Real experience with off-page SEO: link building, directory submissions, digital PR/HARO outreach
- Comfortable auditing AI-generated content for accuracy and tone, not writing from scratch
- Familiarity with basic SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar) is a plus. You won't be doing keyword research, since that's automated.

PAY: $6-9/hour to start (strongest, most specific applications start at the top of that range), for a 30-day paid trial. Hit the criteria below and it moves to $8-10/hour.

WHAT GETS YOU TO $8-10/HOUR
A clean 30-day trial: at least 5 of our 15 ready directories submitted, at least 5 HARO-style pitches sent with at least 1 real backlink landed, Google Business Profile live, zero factual errors missed in AI-article QA, and weekly reports on time all 4 weeks. Hit that and the rate moves.
