JOB OVERVIEW

Full-Time | Remote | Graveyard Shift | Philippines

We are looking for an experienced AccuLynx Product & Integrations Specialist to take ownership of AccuLynx and the systems connected to it.

This is a hands-on technical role for someone who already has strong experience administering and configuring AccuLynx—not just using it as an end user.

You will be responsible for managing AccuLynx, troubleshooting system and integration issues, supporting users across multiple locations, maintaining accurate data, and helping improve the systems and workflows that support our roofing operations.

What You'll Do
Administer and configure AccuLynx on a day-to-day basis
Manage users, locations, roles, permissions, workflows, automations, and system settings
Troubleshoot AccuLynx issues and determine when vendor support or escalation is needed
Support integrations between AccuLynx and SalesRabbit, Zoho, QuickBooks, and other business systems
Investigate data discrepancies and understand how information flows between systems
Manage technical support tickets and provide timely assistance to internal users
Use Excel to analyze, clean, organize, reconcile, and validate data
Support data migration, data mapping, and system setup
Help onboard newly acquired roofing companies into our technology environment
Identify opportunities to improve system processes, workflows, and consistency
Create and maintain documentation, SOPs, and repeatable support processes
Work independently and take ownership of technical issues through resolution
Required Qualifications
Strong hands-on AccuLynx administrative experience
Experience managing AccuLynx users, locations, permissions, configurations, and settings
Strong understanding of AccuLynx integrations and troubleshooting
Ability to identify where workflows, automations, and configurations are managed within AccuLynx
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced Excel skills
Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
Strong written and spoken English
Comfortable communicating with users through Microsoft Teams and video calls
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong ownership and follow-through when resolving technical issues
Strongly Preferred
Experience supporting multiple AccuLynx locations or organizations
Roofing industry experience
SalesRabbit experience
Zoho Desk or Zoho CRM experience
QuickBooks integration experience
Smartsheet experience
Data migration or system implementation experience
Experience supporting acquisitions or system rollouts
Experience working with SaaS vendors and technical escalations
The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is someone who understands how AccuLynx works behind the scenes, not just how to use it.

You should be comfortable investigating why something isn't working, tracing data between systems, identifying configuration or integration issues, and taking the issue through to resolution.

You should also be comfortable working with users, documenting solutions, and continuously looking for ways to make our systems more efficient and reliable.
