Job Overview
EETech is looking for a senior, highly technical QA Automation Engineer/Lead to take ownership of quality assurance across our SaaS products and custom website implementations. This is not an entry- or mid-level role — we need someone who has already led QA initiatives, built automation strategy from the ground up, and can operate with minimal oversight. You'll be expected to bring proven expertise in test automation, drive process improvements, and mentor and guide QA practices across teams. This position is ideal for a self-directed, senior QA professional who thrives on solving complex quality challenges and shaping how a growing team approaches automation and testing.

Key Responsibilities
1/ Automation Strategy & Leadership
_Own and drive the QA automation strategy across web and mobile applications, working independently with minimal oversight.
_Design, develop, and maintain advanced automated test scripts and frameworks, integrating them into CI/CD pipelines.
_Lead automation initiatives end-to-end — from tool evaluation and architecture decisions to rollout and adoption.

2/ QA Process Improvement
_Identify gaps in existing QA processes and implement measurable improvements across both SaaS products and custom website implementations.
_Establish and evolve QA best practices, standards, and testing strategy as the product and team scale.
_Bring a track record of having enacted similar process improvements in previous roles.

3/ Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement
_Collaborate with development and product teams to define test requirements and ensure comprehensive coverage.
_Analyze test results, track issues, and drive defects to resolution promptly.

4/ Framework & Tool Enhancement
_Evaluate and implement new automation tools and best practices to enhance testing efficiency and accuracy.
_Maintain and evolve test suites in response to new feature development and changing product needs.

5/ Documentation & Reporting
_Create detailed test plans, test cases, and technical documentation to support automation efforts.
_Provide clear, concise reporting on test outcomes, quality metrics, and areas for improvement to stakeholders.

6/ Collaboration & Agile Practices
_Actively participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
_Partner with cross-functional teams and, where needed, mentor junior QA tea ---------- mbers.

Qualifications
1/ Experience
_7+ years of software QA experience, including 3–5 years in a senior or lead capacity.
_Demonstrated, hands-on experience leading QA automation initiatives with minimal supervision.
_Proven track record of enacting QA process improvements for both SaaS products and custom website implementations.
_Experience in a remote work environment with strong communication and time management skills.

2/ Technical Skills
_Deep proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java.
_Strong, advanced experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Appium).
_Solid working knowledge of CI/CD tools and processes (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).

3/ Soft Skills
_Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
_Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to guide QA direction and collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
_Comfortable operating autonomously and taking ownership of outcomes.

4/ Preferred Qualifications
_Experience with performance and load testing tools.
_Prior experience mentoring or leading a QA team.
_Knowledge of agile development methodologies and continuous testing practices.
