About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Shopify E-Commerce Growth Specialist to help increase traffic, conversions, and sales across our Shopify stores. The ideal candidate understands the full Shopify sales funnel and can identify opportunities to improve website performance, customer acquisition, retention, and average order value.
This is a long-term position with opportunities for growth and advancement. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of Shopify sales performance, test new strategies, and deliver measurable results.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to grow Shopify website traffic, conversion rates, and overall sales.
Review and optimize product pages, collections, navigation, landing pages, and the checkout experience.
Improve product titles, descriptions, images, promotions, bundles, and upsell opportunities.
Monitor Shopify analytics and key performance indicators, including conversion rate, average order value, customer acquisition cost, and repeat purchase rate.
Plan and manage
Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and advertising tea
Support paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
Conduct competitor research and identify current e-commerce trends and growth opportunities.
Test different website layouts, promotions, product offers, and landing pages to improve conversion performance.
Prepare regular performance reports and provide clear recommendations for continued sales growth.
Required Skills:
Proven experience growing sales for Shopify or other direct-to-consumer e-commerce stores.
Strong understanding of Shopify management, conversion rate optimization, and customer retention.
Experience with Shopify apps,
Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, SEO, or other customer-acquisition channels.
Ability to analyze sales data and turn findings into actionable strategies.
Strong understanding of product merchandising, promotions, bundles, upselling, and cross-selling.
Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating with a remote team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with consumer products, food products, household products, beauty products, or automotive accessories.
Experience with Klaviyo, Google Analytics, Google Merchant Center, Meta Business Manager, and Shopify reporting.
Familiarity with SEO, affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, and customer loyalty programs.
Experience managing multiple Shopify stores or brands.
