About BV Technologies USA LLC

BV Technologies USA LLC is a US-registered e-commerce company with operations spanning the US and Asia. We're looking for a proactive, organized KOL Marketing Assistant to support influencer/KOL outreach and collaboration management for the CEO.

Key Responsibilities

KOL / Influencer Sourcing & Outreach

Research and identify relevant KOLs/influencers across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) that fit the brand
Reach out to potential KOLs to initiate collaboration discussions
Track outreach status, responses, and follow-ups in an organized system

Collaboration Coordination

Support negotiation of collaboration terms (product seeding, paid partnerships, affiliate rates) under CEO's guidance
Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and product shipping with KOLs
Ensure content/deliverables are submitted on time and meet brand guidelines

Performance Tracking & Reporting

Track KOL campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversions/sales where applicable)
Maintain a KOL database/CRM (contact info, past collaborations, performance history, rates)
Apply data sensitivity to identify top-performing KOLs and recommend future collaboration priorities

Process & Tools

Build and maintain tracking sheets/dashboards in Google Sheets
Use Claude (AI assistant) to help draft outreach messages, summarize performance data, and speed up repetitive tasks

Requirements

Prior experience in KOL/influencer marketing, partnerships, or outreach (agency or in-house)
Strong written English communication and negotiation skills
Highly organized, comfortable managing multiple ongoing relationships/deadlines simultaneously
Strong data sensitivity — comfortable tracking performance metrics and drawing conclusions
Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets (tracking systems, basic formulas)
Experience using Claude or similar AI tools in daily workflow
Self-motivated, able to work independently in a remote, async environment

Preferred (Nice to Have)

Existing network of KOL/influencer contacts
Experience with influencer marketing platforms/tools (e.g., Grin, Upfluence, Aspire)
Prior experience in e-commerce/DTC brand marketing
