JOB OVERVIEW

We produce an educational series explaining blockchain, tokens, and tokenization to a finance audience — clear educational explainers for college students and finance professionals

Episodes are ~12 minutes, built around two experts in conversation. Vox style, educational and illustrative.

We want an artist who can analyze our transcript, storyboard motion graphics, overlaid illustrations, to visualize explainers of our financial and technical concepts and then execute through prototype / mockup - overlaying their idea on our footage.

We're hiring an artist who can:

1/ Watch the material (episode + transcript provided) & read the transcript.
2/ Ideate and Storyboard conceptual / explainer visuals —
3/ Execute approved ideas using motion graphics, overlaid illustrations, VFX

We have a PAID test project (at your hourly rate), in two stages:

Stage 1 — Pitch: Read our Episode 1 transcript, watch the episode, storyboard 3 visual concepts.
Storyboards or sketches are fine — we're judging your creative storytelling as well as your brainstorming of ideas.
Stage 2 — Production: We approve one of your concepts and you execute; you're illustrating, overlaying, or incorporating your idea into our episode.

We record hours via Timeproof and we pay via Wise, with an hour cap agreed before you start.
Strong test work can lead to an ongoing part time role working on our series (and future series)

How we work (important):

Our episode cuts are locked before graphics begin — you will conceptualize and create video overlays and inserts,

Please send us your portfolio/reel — motion graphics, animation, and/or VFX samples required - and tell us about a time
