We're looking for an AI-savvy Virtual Assistant to join the marketing team at Ray White AKG, one of Australia's leading real estate agencies. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of AI-powered marketing, helping our team create innovative content, streamline workflows, and discover smarter ways to market real estate.

We're not looking for someone who simply knows how to use ChatGPT. We're looking for someone who is genuinely passionate about AI, constantly learning new tools, experimenting with new workflows, and excited about pushing creative boundaries.

About the Role:
As our AI Automation & Content Production Specialist, you'll work closely with our marketing team to create high-quality AI-generated content, build reusable AI systems, and help improve the way we create marketing materials across the business.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, testing new technology, and producing creative content using the latest AI tools.

Your Responsibilities:
Create high-quality AI-generated marketing content for social media, digital campaigns, and real estate listings.
Produce AI-generated videos using Higgsfield while maintaining agent consistency and brand quality.
Build and manage Claude Projects for different marketing campaigns and workflows.
Develop reusable prompt libraries for marketing, sales, and property management teams.
Research and test new AI tools that can improve productivity and content quality.
Create AI workflows that save time and improve efficiency.
Assist with creative campaigns using a range of AI platforms.
Help streamline marketing processes through automation.
Collaborate with our marketing team to produce engaging and innovative content.
Stay up to date with the latest developments in AI technology and recommend new opportunities for the business.

We're Looking For Someone Who:
Has hands-on experience using Claude, particularly Claude Projects.
Has experience creating AI-generated videos using Higgsfield.
Understands prompt engineering and enjoys refining prompts for better results.
Has experience with AI tools used for image generation, video creation, automation, and content production.
Has excellent written English and strong communication skills.
Is highly organised and able to manage multiple projects.
Is proactive and enjoys finding better, faster ways of doing things.
Can work independently while also collaborating with a team.
Has a creative eye and strong attention to detail.
Is excited by emerging AI technology and continuously learns new tools.
