**Full-Time Remote Office Position — Texas Time**

We are hiring a full-time remote office employee for a large, stable, and growing company that invests heavily in its team and offers long-term job security for the right person.

**Schedule:**
7 days a week
8 hours per day
10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Texas time / Dallas time

Full availability during the entire shift is required.

**Pay:**
Starting pay is $350, with the option to increase to $400 after a strong period of reliable, high-quality work.

**Very Important — Full Commitment Required:**
This position is only for someone who can make this job their main priority and full work commitment.

This cannot be a second job, side job, temporary job, backup job, or something to do only when convenient. During the scheduled work hours, this job must be your full focus and top priority.

You must not have any other job, business, personal responsibility, caregiving responsibility, or outside commitment that can interrupt your shift, affect your attendance, reduce your focus, or make you unavailable during working hours.

Please understand this clearly before applying: there will not be flexibility for repeated absences, last-minute excuses, personal issues, outside responsibilities, or ongoing availability problems. We are explaining this upfront so there are no misunderstandings later.

We need someone who can be online, focused, responsive, and fully available every day during the full shift.

**Technical Requirements — Proof Required:**

* Strong spoken English with clear, professional communication for U.S. customers
* Reliable computer
* Stable high-speed internet
* Backup internet connection
* Stable electricity
* Backup power source
* Quiet and professional work environment
* Ability to stay online and available for the full shift every day
