JOB OVERVIEW

About the Project & Mission:
Hi there! I am a "Fiverr refugee" looking to completely move away from the platform and build a direct, long-term working relationship with a talented designer in the Philippines. I’ve known several Filipino people throughout my life and have always deeply appreciated the incredible energy, warmth, and positive culture.

I run a startup called Linus Labs where I create custom 3D-printed products (like sports hype chains and logo items). Every single project I work on feeds into my ultimate goal: funding a future animal sanctuary. Down the line, I also plan to launch a specialized line of custom files celebrating people’s pets (both living and deceased). If you are an animal lover who wants your work to contribute to a meaningful cause, this is the place for you.

Because I am just starting out, my budget for the regular, ongoing files will be on the lower/minimum side at first. However, as the business grows, I am fully committed to taking care of the people who helped me build it—I want this work to genuinely impact you and your family long-term.

What I Need (The Workflow):
I am looking for a professional—no beginners or people just trying it out, please. Given enough time, I am fully capable of handling the 3D modeling myself. The only reason I am outsourcing this work is to save time so I can focus on scaling other areas of my business. Because of this, the files must be 100% plug-and-play.

When you deliver a project, I need to be able to download it, rename it, open it directly in Bambu Studio, and hit print without messing around with bad geometry, messy scaling, or fixing unprintable files. If I have to spend time fixing the file, it defeats the purpose of hiring a professional.

The Pipeline: I have 10 or so projects ready to go within the next couple of weeks, followed by sporadic projects over time.

The First Project: The very first task is a challenging logo conversion, but it is completely doable for an experienced designer. Because it is complex, I am paying a premium for this first file.

Future Projects: We will establish a fair, agreed-upon baseline price for simple files to keep a steady flow of work going, and I will always pay a premium for the highly complex ones.

Requirements:
Proven experience designing explicitly for FDM 3D printing.

Full proficiency in creating and optimizing projects directly for Bambu Studio.

Clean topology, manifold/watertight models, and a solid understanding of how to make files easily scalable while keeping them perfectly proportional.

Excellent communication and a positive attitude.
