About Us
We are a growing commercial low-voltage contractor specializing in:

We are looking for a detail-oriented estimator who can read plans, perform takeoffs, prepare estimates, and help us win profitable commercial projects.
Responsibilities
• Review commercial construction plans and specifications
• Perform quantity takeoffs
• Count and quantify:
Data drops
Cable pathways
Fiber runs
Cameras
Access control doors
Head-end equipment
Network infrastructure
• Assist with bid preparation
• Request supplier pricing
• Maintain bid tracking spreadsheets
• Organize project documentation
• Support project management and operations
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
• Commercial low-voltage estimating
• Reading commercial construction plans
• Quantity takeoffs
• Structured cabling projects
Experience with any of the following is highly preferred:
• CCTV
• Access Control
• Fiber Optics
• Telecommunications
• Network Infrastructure
Preferred Software
• Bluebeam
• PlanSwift
• MeasureSquare
• AutoCAD
• Excel
• Google Sheets
Compensation
Starting Pay: $6.00/hour
Performance Bonus Program
Awarded Project Value:
• $5,000–$14,999 ? $25 Bonus
• $15,000–$24,999 ? $50 Bonus
• $25,000–$49,999 ? $100 Bonus
• $50,000–$99,999 ? $250 Bonus
• $100,000–$249,999 ? $500 Bonus
• $250,000–$499,999 ? $1,000 Bonus
• $500,000+ ? $2,000+ Bonus
Bonus eligibility is based on project award, estimate accuracy, and project profitability.
Hiring Process
Phase 1 – 3-Day Paid Trial

Phase 2 – 2-Week Paid Trial
Candidates who perform well move into a two-week paid evaluation period.
Phase 3 – Full-Time Position
Successful candidates may be offered a long-term position as a Commercial Low-Voltage Estimator.
