JOB OVERVIEW

Work for a large Amazon store supervising a team of sourcing VAs.
Currently we have 3 sourcing VAs on the team and will be adding more.
They are sourcing online arbitrage CA-CA, US-US and CA-US.

*You MUST have at least 1 year arbitrage sourcing experience + references to apply.*
*You MUST have excellent English.*
*You do NOT need leadership experience, but you must have an interest in it.*
*There will be an interview to test your sourcing skills as well as aptitude tests.*

Hours: 40 hours / week, mostly you will be expected to attend on a fixed schedule
Wage: $5-7 USD/hour + 13 month bonus + potential for raises
Training wage: The first 2 weeks you will be in training to learn our methods. Hourly rate will be slightly lower during training.
Job responsibilities: Sourcing, supervising other VAs + checking their leads

Requirements:
* At least 1 year US or Canada or UK arbitrage sourcing
* Keepa Chrome extension, Keepa Product Finder, SellerAmp
* Ability to follow instructions precisely and check your own work
* Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
* Initiative, ability to work independently
