We are looking for an experienced, proactive Digital Marketing & Kajabi Specialist who enjoys building beautiful customer experiences, creating high-converting funnels, organizing email marketing, and supporting social media and advertising efforts.

# Your Primary Responsibilities

## Kajabi

* Build landing pages
* Create opt-in pages
* Create sales pages
* Build checkout pages
* Create thank-you pages
* Set up products and offers
* Create forms and assessments
* Build automations
* Create pipelines
* Upload course content
* Test all customer experiences before launch

## Email Marketing

* Build nurture sequences
* Create launch campaigns
* Format weekly newsletters
* Schedule email broadcasts
* Segment subscribers
* Organize tags and automations
* Proofread all emails before scheduling

## Website Management

* Update website pages
* Upload blog posts
* Upload downloads
* Add videos
* Maintain brand consistency
* Improve user experience
* Check links and page functionality

## Social Media

* Upload videos to YouTube
* Upload Reels and videos to Facebook
* Upload Reels and videos to Instagram
* Write or format captions provided by our team
* Schedule posts using Meta Business Suite
* Organize video thumbnails and descriptions
* Optimize YouTube titles, descriptions, and playlists
* Add end screens, cards, and links on YouTube

## Facebook Advertising Support

* Create Facebook Ads inside Meta Ads Manager
* Attach ads to the correct Facebook Page and Instagram account
* Connect ads to Kajabi landing pages
* Verify Meta Pixel tracking
* Assist with campaign setup
* Monitor campaigns for obvious issues
* Report performance metrics (training provided)

## Marketing Operations

* Upload lead magnets
* Build webinar funnels
* Connect forms and automations
* Organize marketing assets
* Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
* Keep project management boards updated

# Required Qualifications

* **Minimum 2 years of Kajabi experience**
* Experience building complete funnels
