Before anything else: this post is long on purpose. We want people who read the whole thing. If that already sounds like too much, we're probably not a fit – and no hard feelings.
We run several Instagram accounts and we're adding two or three people to the team. We're not looking for the most talented person who applies. We're looking for the most reliable one. There's a difference, and it matters to us.
Here's the honest version of the job:
You'll do the same things every day. Post Reels and Stories, interact with accounts, log what you did, check in with the team. It's not exciting. It's not creative. It's a routine you repeat correctly, day after day, whether or not anyone is watching. Some people quietly hate that kind of work. Some people are wired for it and feel calm doing it well. We're only looking for the second kind.
Be honest with yourself – do these describe you?
- When someone gives you a checklist, you actually use it
- You notice small things other people skip
- You'd rather ask one question than make one wrong guess
- You finish what you start, even the boring parts
- You're looking for something steady, not something for a few weeks
If you read those and thought "yes, that's me," we'd genuinely like to hear from you. If you had to talk yourself into a few of them, please save us both the time.
The day-to-day:
- Post Reels and Stories on assigned accounts every day
- Interact naturally with accounts (likes, follows, comments, story replies)
- Follow our SOP exactly – we've refined it and it works
- Log every action in our tracker
- Stay reachable in the team chat during your working hours
What you'll need:
- An iPhone (required, not negotiable)
- Stable internet and reliable power
- Written English good enough to read instructions and reply clearly (your spoken English doesn't need to be perfect)
- Real attention to detail – this is what we filter hardest for
No prior Instagram experience required. If you're reliable and you learn fast, we'll train you. The one thing we can't train is whether you take the work seriously – that part is on you.
What we offer:
- Proper training and a team that answers your questions
- $2–3/hour to start, around 20 hours per week
- A clear bonus system for clean, consistent work
- Real growth – our best people now handle more accounts at noticeably higher pay, and they all started where you'd start
- Flexible hours, as long as your reliability and communication stay solid
To apply:
Send us a message with these three things, in this exact order:
1. Your weekly availability (days and hours, in your local time)
2. One sentence: tell us about a time being careful actually mattered
3. Make the very last line of your message: Blue Horizon
If any of the three is missing or out of order, we won't read it. The application is the first part of the job – following the steps is how it begins.
