JOB OVERVIEW

We run multiple Instagram accounts and we're hiring two or three new people. Most applicants won't make it through our process – and that's by design. We're looking for the right people, not just anyone.

The work:
Daily Instagram posting on assigned accounts. Reels, Stories, basic account tasks. You follow our SOP exactly, you log everything, you communicate with the team. 20 hours per week, flexible scheduling.

Pay:
$2-3/hour to start. Bonuses for clean work with zero mistakes. Top performers handle more accounts at higher rates – the people who've been with us longest earn significantly more than starting pay. We invest in people who invest in the work.

Requirements:
- iPhone
- Stable internet, reliable power
- Written English strong enough for SOPs and team chat
- Available 20 hours/week consistently
