We run several Instagram accounts and need reliable people for daily posting tasks. Read this whole post before applying – we will test if you did.
Honest expectations before you apply:
This job is repetitive. You will follow the same checklist every day. Creativity is not what we need – we need someone who does the exact same steps correctly, every single time, even when nobody is watching. We track every mistake. If you find checklists annoying or you skip small steps when you think they don't matter, please do not apply.
What you will do:
- Post Reels and Stories on assigned Instagram accounts daily
- Follow a step-by-step SOP exactly as written
- Log every action in our tracker (no exceptions)
- Respond to tea
- Ask questions when something is unclear – we prefer questions over silent mistakes
What we need from you:
- iPhone (mandatory, not optional)
- Stable internet, minimal power cuts
- Written English good enough to read SOPs and reply clearly in chat (spoken English does not need to be perfect)
- Strong attention to detail – this is the #1 thing we filter for
- Self-starter mindset: if you only do the minimum and wait to be told everything, this is not the job for you
What we do NOT want:
- Anyone treating this as "just a small side job" – we want people who take it seriously
- Anyone who reads instructions diagonally
Pay & growth:
Starting pay is $2-3/hour, 20 hours per week. We have a clear bonus system for people who make zero mistakes and consistently follow the SOP. Top performers get more accounts, more responsibility, and significantly higher pay over time. Underperformers are let go quickly – we don't keep people who don't take the work seriously.
How to apply:
Reply with exactly the following, in this order:
1. Your weekly availability (days and hours, in your local time)
2. One sentence on why repetitive detail-work doesn't bother you
3. The phrase **Blue Horizon** as the very last line of your message
Applications missing any of these three points, or in the wrong order, will not be reviewed. We test for instruction-following from the very first message
