JOB OVERVIEW

We run multiple Instagram accounts and we're hiring two or three new people. Most applicants won't make it through our process – and that's by design. We're looking for the right people, not just anyone.

- You actually log things in the tracker. Every time. Without being reminded
- You ask questions instead of guessing
- You take the work seriously from day one – you don't need to be reminded what's at stake

The work:

Daily Instagram posting on assigned accounts. Reels, Stories, basic account tasks. You follow our SOP exactly, you log everything, you communicate with the team. 20 hours per week, flexible scheduling.

Pay & growth:
$2-3/hour to start. Bonuses for clean work with zero mistakes. People who consistently perform earn more, handle more accounts, and stay with us long-term. People who don't, don't. Simple as that.

Requirements:
- iPhone
- Stable internet, reliable power
- Written English strong enough for SOPs and team chat
- Available 20 hours/week consistently
