About the Role
We are hiring a Clinical Operations Associate (RN) to support the clinical and operational backbone of our caregiver network and partner programs. You will work directly with the CEO and partner organizations to ensure care is delivered safely, documented properly, and coordinated on time.
Responsibilities
Review and process client intake documentation, including QFS and care plan materials
Coordinate caregiver scheduling and matching for respite care and home safety assessments within our standard scheduling window
Conduct clinical review of caregiver credentials (HHA, CNA, EMT) and support onboarding and compliance
Serve as clinical point of contact for partner care teams
Support telehealth coordination and escalate clinical concerns appropriately
Maintain accurate records in accordance with HIPAA and BAA requirements

Requirements
Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States (required, verified at hire)
1+ years of clinical experience; home health, geriatrics, dementia care, or psychiatric nursing strongly preferred
Strong documentation and communication skills
Comfortable working remotely with digital tools (Google Workspace, scheduling platforms)
Experience with Medicare programs, care coordination, or MSO operations is a plus
