Shift: Full-Time, Night Shift (US/Canada Business Hours)

Top Tier Talent Group is a growing North American recruitment agency specializing in manufacturing, skilled trades, engineering, supply chain, and industrial hiring across Canada and the United States.

We are looking for driven recruiters based in Manila who are confident speaking with candidates, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and motivated by performance and growth opportunities.

This role is fully aligned to North American time zones and will involve recruiting for positions such as:

- Industrial Millwrights
- CNC Machinists
- Electricians
- Maintenance Technicians
- Welders
- Quality Engineers
- Production Supervisors
- Supply Chain & Operations professionals

Responsibilities

- Source and identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and outbound outreach
- Conduct phone interviews and candidate screenings
- Manage interview coordination between candidates and clients
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines within manufacturing and skilled trades markets
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain accurate records within the ATS/CRM
- Work closely with leadership and account managers to fill active client requirements
- Meet activity and placement targets in a high-performance recruitment environment

Requirements

- Minimum 2+ years of experience recruiting within manufacturing, skilled trades, industrial, engineering, or blue-collar sectors
- Agency recruitment experience strongly preferred
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work consistently within North American business hours
- Comfortable conducting high-volume phone screening and candidate outreach daily
- Proven ability to stay organized and manage multiple open roles at once
- Experience using LinkedIn, job boards, ATS, and CRM systems
- Strong sourcing, candidate management, and follow-up skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and performance-driven mindset
