JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Shopify Product Lister to join our growing e-commerce business.

Our store, Kesem & Co, is focused on women’s fashion and sells to an international market. We are looking for someone who understands how to create product pages that are not only clean and professional, but also built for conversion.

This is not a basic copy-paste product listing job. We need someone who can think commercially, work accurately, and understand what makes a product page trustworthy and attractive for customers.

Important:
Only apply if you have at least 5 years of experience with Shopify and strong experience in product listing for e-commerce stores.

Your Responsibilities:

Add new products to Shopify with high accuracy
Create clean, professional and conversion-focused product pages
Upload and organize product images correctly
Write or improve product titles, descriptions and product benefits
Add pricing, compare-at pricing, variants, sizes, colors and collections
Make sure product pages look trustworthy and are easy to understand
Check spelling, layout, spacing and formatting before publishing
Work with product information from suppliers and turn it into a strong product page
Optimize product pages for mobile users
Follow our brand style and product page structure
Communicate clearly and update us on your progress

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of Shopify experience
Strong experience with fashion, beauty, lifestyle or dropshipping stores
Excellent attention to detail
Good English communication skills
Able to work independently without constant supervision
Experience with product descriptions, variants, images and collections
Understanding of conversion optimization is a big plus
Experience with Canva, basic image editing or Shopify apps is a plus
Reliable, honest and able to meet deadlines
Fast learner with a professional working attitude

Working Hours:
Part-time or full-time possible, depending on your experience and availability.
