JOB OVERVIEW

Walters Supply Co. is a growing resale business selling books and clothing on eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, and Depop. We're looking for a detail-oriented VA to research pricing and create listings from photos.

HOW IT WORKS:
1. You'll receive product photos in a shared Google Drive folder (one folder per item/SKU)
2. Using ONLY the photos, identify the item's key details — brand, size, condition, author/title, edition, material, etc.
3. Research SOLD listings on eBay (not active listings) to find accurate comps and determine a fair market price
4. Set the price and create the listing using Nifty.ai, which cross-posts to eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, and Depop
5. Log the item, price set, and comp used in a shared tracker

REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience with eBay and/or resale reselling — must know how to research SOLD comps, not just search current listings
- Comfortable using Google Drive and cross-listing software (Nifty.ai experience a plus, but trainable)
- Strong written English for titles/descriptions
- Sharp eye for detail — pricing accuracy directly affects profit, so guessing isn't acceptable
- Reliable daily availability

PAY STRUCTURE:
This is a gig/piece-rate role — you're paid per listing completed, not hourly. Because this role includes research and pricing (not just data entry), rate reflects that added skill.
