Court Counselling Institute is seeking an experienced, professional, and highly organized Administrator to support the daily operations of our counselling practice. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Position: Administrator
Organization: Court Counselling Institute
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST
Break: 1-hour unpaid break
Experience Required: Minimum 5+ years of administrative experience
About the Role
The Administrator will be responsible for supporting client communication, scheduling, billing, documentation, and general office coordination. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, professional, and comfortable working with sensitive and confidential information.
The successful candidate must have at least 5 years of administrative experience. Applicants who do not meet this requirement will not be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries by phone and
- Schedule, reschedule, and cancel client appointments
- Support therapists and clinical staff with administrative needs
- Prepare and send invoices, receipts, and client documentation
- Assist with billing-related questions and follow-up
- Maintain organized and accurate client records
- Ensure confidentiality and privacy standards are followed at all times
- Support intake processes and client onboarding
- Track outstanding forms, payments, and appointment details
- Communicate clearly with clients, families, therapists, and tea
- Assist with general administrative duties as needed
- Help improve administrative systems and processes where appropriate
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of administrative experience required
- Experience in a healthcare, counselling, legal, or professional services setting is an asset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information professionally
- Comfortable using
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Strong customer service skills
Schedule:
This is a virtual Monday to Friday position from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST, with a 1-hour break.
