HR Recruiter
The HR Recruiter is a key member of our Human Resources team, responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment efforts to support the organization’s growth and talent needs. This role requires strong experience in sourcing and hiring U.S.-based, on-site roles, along with the ability to provide essential support across other HR functions such as administration, employee relations, performance management, and training coordination. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering an exceptional candidate and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Primary Function)
Work closely with hiring managers to clarify job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating candidates, and coordinating hiring decisions.
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for multiple roles at once.
Conduct reference checks and support all onboarding activities for new hires.
Enhance onboarding by helping develop structured, engaging orientation experiences for new employees.
Ensure new hires receive essential training and resources for a successful start.
2. Administrative & HR Documentation Support
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
Prepare and manage key HR documents such as contracts, offer letters, and employment-related paperwork.
Assist in updating HR policies, employee handbooks, and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance.
3. Employee Relations Support
Provide basic guidance to employees regarding HR questions, policies, and procedures.
Assist with initiatives that promote employee engagement and positive workplace culture.
Help address employee concerns and maintain effective communication.
4. Disciplinary & Performance Management Support
Assist in coordinating performance evaluations, goal-setting, and development plan activities.
Support managers in addressing disciplinary matters by ensuring adherence to company policies and proper documentation.
Contribute to preliminary investigations involving employee issues or misconduct when needed.
5. Training & Development Support
Assist in organizing training programs and development initiatives.
Track participation, gather feedback, and help assess the effectiveness of training sessions.
Research and recommend improvements based on best practices.
Qualifications
At least 2 years of extensive experience hiring U.S. Citizens for U.S.-based on-site roles.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong background in recruitment, with additional experience in HR administration or employee relations considered an advantage.
Understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
Willingness to work in Pacific Standard Time (PST).
