About the Role

Ready Roles is hiring a Logistics Coordinator / Dispatcher to support a growing U.S.-based moving company.

You will be responsible for:

Coordinating moving crews
Managing schedules
Communicating with customers
Resolving operational issues
Supporting leadership with day-to-day logistics

This is a fast-paced role that requires excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
Schedule and dispatch moving crews
Manage move schedules and logistics
Communicate with customers regarding move details, confirmations, delays, and updates
Maintain accurate records in CRM and operational systems
Resolve scheduling conflicts and operational issues promptly
Prepare daily operational reports
Coordinate with the Sales, Dispatch, and Operations teams
Provide administrative and executive support when needed
Requirements
Must Have
At least 1 year of Dispatcher experience in the Moving Industry (2+ years is a strong advantage)
Experience coordinating moving crews and schedules
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Experience handling customer communications and scheduling
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable computer, headset, and high-speed internet connection
Availability to work full-time
