JOB OVERVIEW

A busy remote role supporting an office based Account Support Executive with administration tasks, quoting and order processing based on UK hours

• Providing world class service in response times to quotes, queries and questions ensuring the customer has the best experience in the market every time through a consistently high standard in both content and speed.
• Excellent time and task management in a fast pace reactive market place
• Fast and Acccurate quoting
• Processing of all “further-worked” orders through the system with clear instructions
• Attention to detail is a critical requirement for the role as always got a few plates spinning at any one time
• Working with Operations to ensure seamless processing of orders
• Supporting the ADM in handling all the daily administration tasks to ensure the ADM or ASM are not in anyway held back from new business opportunities by existing business administrative or customer service distractions.

Responsibilities/duties
1. Inbox Management Daily
2. Full use of CRM Daily
3. Quote preparation and sending to customer Daily
4. Support of existing accounts Daily
5. Special Sign set up (Artwork/Forms & Signoff) Daily
6. Sales Pipeline – all quotes must be loaded onto CRM Daily
7. Sales Administration Tasks to ensure customer records and pricing are accurate and up to date. As required
8. Liaising with Customer Service and Operations to progress all order queries/complaints Daily
9. Daily, weekly and monthly reporting to Sales Manager As required
10. Submit daily KPI’s Daily
11. Spend reports for customers Monthly
