Work Schedule
· Full-time remote position
· Must be available during U.S. Eastern Time business hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST)
· Ability to attend virtual meetings with hiring managers and candidates during U.S. working hours
Key Responsibilities
Recruiting & Talent Acquisition
· Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple manufacturing companies.
· Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed,
· Build and maintain candidate pipelines for recurring manufacturing positions.
· Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
· Evaluate candidate qualifications, work history, technical skills, and cultural fit.
· Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
· Coordinate pre-employment screening, references, and on boarding activities.

· Maintain an organized applicant tracking system (ATS).
· Create and manage job postings across multiple platforms.

o Interview activity
o Hiring recommendations
Employer Branding
· Assist in developing recruiting content and job advertisements.
· Promote company culture and career opportunities.
· Support social media recruiting initiatives.
· Help establish recruiting processes and best practices across all business units.
Qualifications
Required
· 3+ years of recruiting experience.
· Experience recruiting for manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or skilled trades positions.
· Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
· Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and social media platforms.
· Strong organizational and time-management skills.
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
· Reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated home office.
Preferred
· Experience recruiting for CNC machining, manufacturing, fabrication, aerospace, defense, or industrial companies.
· Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
· Knowledge of manufacturing terminology and job functions.
· Experience supporting U.S.-based companies.
