E-commerce Specialist
Help Optimize Our International Webshops

Are you passionate about creating exceptional online shopping experiences?

We are looking for an E-commerce Specialist to help improve the performance of our international webshops. You'll focus on product content, conversion optimisation, merchandising, and creating the best possible customer experience.

Our B2C webshops operate in English, French, German, Spanish, Italian and Dutch, serving customers across Europe.

Important: We operate in the 18+ adult products industry. Experience within this industry is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

E-commerce Management
Create and maintain webshop product pages
Optimize product descriptions, specifications and images
Improve product categorization and merchandising
Ensure all webshop content is accurate and up to date
Manage product information within Productflow
Optimize conversion across product pages
Improve customer journeys
Manage Hello Retail recommendations
Test new webshop improvements
Monitor webshop functionality and report issues
Collaborate with marketing, customer service and operations

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of e-commerce experience
Experience managing webshop content
Experience with product information management
Strong understanding of conversion optimisation
Experience with merchandising
Excellent attention to detail
Strong analytical mindset
Excellent written English
Ability to work independently
Experience with Productflow or similar PIM systems is a plus
Experience with Lightspeed is a plus
Experience within the adult products industry is a major advantage
