JOB OVERVIEW

Part-Time Executive Function Marketing & Business Assistant (ADHD Coaching Startup)
Location: Remote (OnlineJobs.ph)
Hours: 1 hour per day to start (Monday–Friday)
Pay: $5 USD/hour
I'm looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented person with excellent executive functioning skills and a solid understanding of how to grow a business to help me launch my ADHD Executive Function Coaching and Accountability startup.
I am the visionary, therapist, and content expert. I have no shortage of ideas. I'm not looking for someone to create the vision—I need someone who can take my ideas and transform them into organized, practical action while helping me stay focused and accountable.
Responsibilities
Turn brainstorming sessions into clear action plans
Keep projects moving forward and on schedule
Help prioritize tasks and keep me focused on what matters most
Create TikTok and Instagram content from my ideas
Edit short-form videos and reels
Design graphics in Canva
Schedule and publish social media posts
Help organize marketing campaigns
Track deadlines and follow up on action items
Break large projects into small, manageable steps
I'm Looking For Someone Who:
Has outstanding organizational and executive functioning skills
Understands how to build and grow a business
Thinks strategically, not just creatively
Has experience with TikTok and Instagram marketing
Can take initiative and solve problems
Is dependable, consistent, and follows through
Communicates well in English
Enjoys helping entrepreneurs stay organized and execute their vision
Bonus Skills
Canva
CapCut or other video editing software
Project management tools (Trello, Asana, ClickUp, etc.)
Experience working with startups, coaches, therapists, or online businesses
Knowledge of branding, marketing funnels, and lead generation
