Nsentive Agency / Creative, YouTube Sponsorship Agency

We broker brand sponsorship deals for YouTube creators so they can focus on making content. We're small, we run tight systems, and we're scaling. We need one sharp, sales-minded operations coordinator to come up through our process and grow with the team.

This is a career role, not a gig

You start on a three month trial and move forward based on how you perform. You'll be trained properly, given a clear system to run, and your work will directly move real deals forward. We promote from within. Prove yourself on the fundamentals and there's a real path here, including toward the deal side of the business as you grow. The person who shows the right instinct doesn't stay a coordinator forever.

What you'll actually do
You'll research and qualify YouTube channels against our criteria. You'll keep our CRM clean and current, build target lists for review, and support outreach through Gmail. You'll report your progress every Friday in a clear, structured update. Everything is documented. You'll never be left guessing what good looks like.

Who thrives here
Detail obsessed. You check, you don't assume. When something's unclear you ask rather than wing it, and you treat that as strength, not weakness. Here's a small example: go and look at our LinkedIn page, and you'll spot an animal on there. Remember what it is, because you'll need it when you apply. The people who catch that are exactly the sort who do well here. Strong written English. Comfortable in Google Workspace and quick to pick up new tools like HubSpot. Organised and self-managing inside a structure.

Sales instinct is a real plus. If you've done outreach, lead gen, or any role where you had to move something forward and you enjoyed that, tell me. This role starts in operations, but the people who show real hunger and reliability are the ones who grow into more.

Here's the honest part. We don't want someone who arrives convinced they already know how this industry works. Our system is our own, and the people who do best here are the ones we train from the ground up. Coachable, reliable, and hungry beats a fancy CV every time.

Excellent written English is essential. This role is writing-heavy and client-facing, so clear, natural, error-free English is non-negotiable.

Hours and setup
Monday to Friday, 9am to 2pm AEST. $500 USD monthly retainer to start. Remote, home based. Stable internet and a working laptop required.
