JOB OVERVIEW

Coordinates project finance operations, including overall financial project monitoring to ensure
the fiscal well-being of the projects. Provides financial management, conducts analyses of
financial data, provides budget analyses for project, and prepares required customer reports if
requested. Carries out unit finances to proactively guide and support respective financial
success by providing high level analytical expertise, implementing business strategies, and
developing strong customer relationships. Analyzes financial data and reports to determine
accuracy and completeness. Compiles data and prepares financial reports. Reviews and
processes final cost objective requests. Provides analysis and business modeling support on
strategic initiatives for senior management. Responsible for analyzing performance trends,
modeling complex business decisions, tracking performance, and presenting results. Ensures
and provides financial expertise, critical thinking, and customer service.

Essential Functions:
? Proactively interact with Project Management monthly to discuss project related issues,
revenue recognition, forecasted revenues/costs, identify project risks, and ensure all
material issues are resolved or escalated to Senior Management.
? Support the financial health of projects by building strong relationships with the project
team and providing strong financial reports to identify any financial risks requiring project
change orders.
? Monitor and analyze monthly project billing reducing company risk and maintaining cash
neutrality on all projects.
? Monitor overall project revenues for Labor, Pass-thrus and Investigator payments to
ensure the project is within the project budget or trigger a change order when required.
? General ERP system knowledge, project creation, revenue recognition techniques,
forecasting and forecast versus actual analysis.
? Ensure projects are reconciled monthly and completely closed out financially upon
completion of the project.
? Ability to communicate clearly in both oral and written form.
