About the Role:
We are seeking a highly professional, bilingual (Spanish-English) Virtual Assistant to serve as my client liaison and interpreter for Spanish-speaking clients. This is a remote position for someone with excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a professional demeanor.
Responsibilities:
* Attend virtual meetings and interpret between Spanish and English.
* Translate
* Communicate with Spanish-speaking clients on my behalf while accurately conveying my instructions.
* Schedule meetings and manage calendars.
* Follow up with clients regarding action items and appointments.
* Assist with administrative tasks and project coordination.
* Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Requirements:
* Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written).
* Filipino resident.
* Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, Customer Support Representative, or Interpreter is preferred.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Comfortable using Zoom, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, and other collaboration tools.
* Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
* Professional, trustworthy, and detail-oriented.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience supporting clients from Spain or Latin America.
* Background in customer service, sales support, or executive assistance.
* Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
Compensation:
* Competitive compensation based on experience and Spanish proficiency.
* Contractor/Freelance position.
